Meet Ms. Salvato

Ms. Salvato was an elementary teacher for 5 years before she became a school counselor in 1994. She received her BS in Education and Masters in counseling from West Texas A&M University. She has been in education for more than 25 years.

She has been a counselor at Sundown Lane, Cityview, and Arden Road.

Her goals as a school counselor are to help kids learn to love who they are, help them love to have good character and listen to them when they need help.

Ms. Salvato has two daughters. Her oldest attended A&M University in College Station. Her youngest daughter recently got married this summer.

Ms. Salvato will be at Gene Howe full time for the 2019-2020 school year. She can be reached at 677-2393.
